FILMS, FENCING FILMS, WARNING FILMS, WARNING TAPES, LOGO RIBBONS, SAFETY TAPES, MARKING FILMS…

Films suitable for limiting the area of renovation and construction work, determining the routes of sports competitions, e.g. marathon, bicycle or car rally routes, various outdoor events and protection zones.

Printed fencing film is also the easiest way to mark potentially dangerous places – excavations, traffic accidents, etc. We offer personal printed warning tapes in different shades and most of what we offer are logo printed fencing films. Films can be of different widths and thicknesses. The film is wound on a cardboard spool that has an internal diameter of 76mm.

FILMS WITH PERSONAL PRINTING, FENCING FILMS, WARNING FILMS AND TAPES.

The film we use in the production and printing of fencing films is mostly LDPE. The color of the film, as a rule, is white. Film widths 50, 75, 100mm. The thickness of the films 35, 50, 80microns. We print on top (one side) with up to 6 colors. We roll 100, 250, 500m or more or less, taking into account the customer’s special requests.

The quantity from which we start production is 5 rolls. The delivery time depends on the nature of the work and taking into account the wishes of the customer.

For example, 100m x 250m and 80my film are packed on a pallet with 67 ́500rm or 270 rolls. Half the base 135 rolls.

We also offer special films and film tapes for determining the location of pipelines and cables.

In our selection you will find various coating films, load films, etc. To cover the lumber black/white coex films. We can also print your company’s logo and other important information on wide films. We offer films in rolls, stockings or half-stockings and folded in special sizes. Films can be anti-static or recycled content 20, 40, 80%. We also offer the film in sheets, cut into a format. We can coated the films with UV varnish or laminate them with matte or gloss, respectively.

Plastic stockings/tubes are used for packaging various products using semi-automatic and automatic machines. We can print the plastic stocking/tubes on both sides.

RECYCLED FILM MATERIAL AND ITS USE.

We can produce films by adding either 20, 40 or 80% recycled material to the composition of the material. We will also print special markings or relevant information on the packaging or film, in agreement with you in advance. We will provide a preview of the print in pdf format, which we ask you to confirm before starting work. We recommend using more and more recycled materials. Recycled materials are of different quality and often differ from the previous batch, this must be taken into account. In the case of large-area printing, please note that the ink does not cover as evenly as smooth primary material. Recycled films have light crumbs inside and this does not allow the ink to cover evenly.

Printed films, fencing films, warning tapes

Materials: LDPE, Rec-LDPE (white film)

Film thicknesses: 35, 50, 80microns (standard thicknesses), also special thicknesses

Roll widths: 50, 75, 100mm (standard widths) + also special widths

Reel scrolled: 100, 250, 500m or special

Printing method: Flexo printing 1-6 colors

Minimum quantity: 5 rolls

We can print over the entire surface, which we call negative printing. Here are three options:

• all-blue background printed with an in-round printing plate (e.g. blue background), printed in black. Without changing the 1-2mm print step.
• all-blue background except for the confluence of the printed circuit board 1-2mm (here remains a white stripe or gap)
• all-blue background except for the connection point of the printed circuit board 1-2mm (we can repaint the white stripe with extra paint, the result is not the same as with the in-round printing plate, but cheaper. The location of the print step is still visible but not white.

Printing plate cost: 30€/color, regular printing plate/cliche. 250€ in-round. Photo print cost 250€ (CMYK). Quantity tolerance: +/-10%

Delivery time: 20-25days. Influence factors: quantity, general load of production, special request of the customer.
