If we have been printing packaging tapes using the surface method, now the new technology Sandwich + is designed mainly for small quantities. The print is between the film and the adhesive layer.
> quantity (36 pcs, 72, 144, etc.) – from this quantity we can print up to 5 colors of logo or more (even photo print)
– this technology is available for hot melt, hot melt Freezer, acrylic packaging tapes, acrylic noisy and acrylic silent.
– print quality is 300-1200 dpi !! (for surface printing it was max 200 dpi)
This technology solves many problems, such as imperfect print quality. In surface printing, the lack of a cliché connection, which allows maintaining the continuity of elements and the absence of white space, negative printing.
