Can we use a standard size?
We compare a suitable standard size with a custom order. Product fit and protection matter, not just the purchase price of the box.
Can the box have a return strip?
For suitable e-commerce constructions, we can investigate a second sealing strip and a tear strip. Availability depends on the box type.
How can transport damage be prevented?
The box, insert or void fill, and closure need to be selected together. Where necessary, packaging is tested with your product and supply chain.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum depends on the specific product, dimensions, material and printing. Provide the quantity for each design separately so we can find a suitable production method.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing is confirmed after the specification and artwork are agreed. Include your required arrival date; samples and new constructions need preparation time.
