Can I get a sample before production?
For a new solution, we can investigate a structural sample and a sample with your artwork. They serve different purposes and have different costs and production times.
Can the box include an insert?
Yes. Its material and shape are selected for product weight, layout, protection needs and desired appearance.
Can the same design be used on the bag and paper?
Yes. The design is adapted to each material. Colour results on different surfaces are assessed separately.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum depends on the specific product, dimensions, material and printing. Provide the quantity for each design separately so we can find a suitable production method.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing is confirmed after the specification and artwork are agreed. Include your required arrival date; samples and new constructions need preparation time.
