Juice packs are leakproof flexible packaging with resealable pouring closures. Volumes, constructions and barrier properties are selected for the liquid’s composition, shelf life and filling method.
Preparation establishes the product’s composition, viscosity, fill volume, filling temperature, shelf life and filling equipment. These determine the construction, material, barrier level, pouring closure and printing. Technical drawings and artwork are approved before production.
Juice packaging with a pouring closure makes it easy to dispense liquid, reseal the pack and store the product after opening. Flexible packaging takes up little space when empty and suits retail, food service and larger liquid volumes.
Plastrum offers spouted doypack pouches, side-gusseted packs and bag-in-box solutions. Volume, material and print design are tailored to the product and business requirements.
Materials are selected for the product’s composition, acidity, sensitivity to light and oxygen, and required shelf life. Options include standard multilayer laminates, high-barrier materials and mono-material structures.
Formats range from small consumer packs to larger bag-in-box liners. Stand-up doypacks suit retail, side-gusseted packs suit larger volumes, and bag-in-box suits food service, manufacturing and the beverage industry.
Custom printed juice packaging can carry the company logo, product information, instructions and sales messages. Full-surface printing turns flexible packaging into a visible sales tool and helps differentiate the product.
Options suit juices, smoothies, purées, syrups, sauces, drink mixes, wines, edible oils and other liquid or semi-liquid products. The pouring closure is selected for the product’s viscosity and use.
Plastrum helps determine the format, material, barrier properties, fill volume and pouring closure. We coordinate packaging projects from technical preparation to custom printing and delivery for businesses in the Baltics and Scandinavia.
