Folding premium boxes are usually supplied flat and assembled when needed. They take less space in storage and transport than rigid boxes. The choice depends on appearance, ease of use, dimensions and logistics.
Dimensions, construction and inserts
Premium boxes are generally tailored to product dimensions, shape, weight and presentation. Options include lift-off or hinged lids, magnetic closures, drawer boxes, round and cylindrical boxes, windows and boxes for one or more bottles.
Inserts can use paperboard, corrugated board, moulded pulp, foam or another suitable material. A well-designed insert secures the product, prevents movement and presents the set neatly when opened.
Logo printing and special finishes
A branded premium box can carry a logo, full-surface design or repeating pattern. Offset, digital or screen printing and Pantone or CMYK colours are used according to material and construction.
Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV varnish, soft-touch surfaces and matt or gloss lamination highlight design elements and connect the box with your visual identity. Magnets, ribbons and other decorative details can also be added.
