Materials

Standard baking paper

Heat- and grease-resistant paper, generally surface-treated for non-stick performance. It prevents sticking to trays or moulds and may be reused according to the paper’s properties and use conditions.

Silicone-coated baking paper

Offers good non-stick performance and grease resistance. A single- or double-sided silicone coating is selected for the application, food and production process.

BBQ and smoking paper

Designed for slow cooking and smoking meat and other foods. It helps retain moisture, allows smoke to reach the food and supports even cooking.

Muffin and moulding paper

Heat-resistant, formable paper for muffins, cupcakes and other small baked goods. It can be formed into baking cups of different sizes and constructions.

Food applications use suitable food-contact materials. Exact heat resistance depends on paper type, treatment and use conditions.
